EPA: No Fast-Tracking Data Centers!

Trump’s Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) wants to change the air permitting requirements to allow Big Tech to start construction on certain components of data centers before air quality permits are issued — we can’t let that happen.

Air quality permits are required to protect the air we breathe from polluting industries — whether it’s a pipeline or a data center. Now the EPA wants to roll back permitting rules to make it easier for companies to begin construction on polluting projects despite public opposition.

Tell the EPA: Don’t roll back air permitting requirements to fast-track data centers in our communities!
