Make a Quick Call to the NY Assembly: Stop Data Centers!

The rapid expansion of data centers is one of the biggest affordability and environmental threats of our generation, increasing demand for energy, driving more fossil fuel pollution, straining water resources, and raising electricity prices.

New York must press the pause button on the construction of new data centers. We need a moratorium while data center harms can be fully assessed and adequate rules and regulations put in place to fully protect our health, communities, and environment.

Call your Assemblymember NOW and urge them to pass a statewide moratorium on data centers this week.
