Stop the Constitution Pipeline

The Constitution Pipeline Project is back again. After abandoning this massive fracked gas pipeline project years ago, the company behind it – Williams – is attempting to resurrect it. And after failing to even complete its application to New York State for crucial water permits last year, they are trying to avoid going back to the state at all to obtain a water quality certification.

Federal regulators need to hear from all of us right now. Submit your comment to the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) before the January 29 deadline!
