Congress: Come back to work to end the shutdown, and block Trump’s dangerous cuts.

Trump and his Congressional allies have steered us into a government shutdown — one that jeopardizes water protections and food assistance for families, including new parents and young children. While an impasse continues in the Senate, the House of Representatives has taken a 40-day paid vacation, leaving them absent and unable to pass any relief for families relying on SNAP and at risk of going hungry.  

We need our Representatives to come back to work, and stand firm against Trump’s toxic agenda by passing a bipartisan spending bill that funds clean water and safe food, and includes a No Kings provision to prevent any partisan clawbacks of already-approved funding.
