Governor Hochul:
No Constitution Pipeline!

Donald Trump is attempting to bully Kathy Hochul into approving the Constitution Pipeline that so many of us worked hard to defeat years ago. While we all thought this project was dead for good, Trump has been pressuing Governor Hochul to bring it back to life. We can’t let that happen.

Here’s the deal: Trump recently pressed Governor Hochul to approve the long-dead Constitution fracked gas pipeline during an in-person meeting in Washington, D.C. It’s not at all clear what Hochul’s response was in the meeting, but we need to make it absolutely clear that the construction of a massive fracked gas pipeline through the heart of New York cannot be traded away as part of some deal with Trump.

Governor Hochul needs to hear from you today: Tell her to stand up to Trump and reject any attempt to build the Constitution fracked gas pipeline!
