North Fayette’s Oil & Gas Ordinance was completely repealed and replaced earlier this year, removing protections that keep residents safe. Now, the Supervisors will be voting on a conditional use permit for the Range Resources Semerod-Clinton well pad before October 10. To protect our community, they must attach protective conditions to the application.
Demand that the North Fayette Board of Supervisors put the community before fracking profits and attach protective conditions to Semerod Well pad application!
Semerod-Clinton is a new dirty fracking well pad proposed by Range Resources, which would be built on Seabright Road in North Fayette. This would be a major threat to residents' health and safety. Supervisors should not even be considering this project without attaching every possible condition to protect the health, safety, and welfare of the community.
