On February 4th, we are taking a bus from NYC to Albany to witness the NYS Legislature's Budget Hearing on Environmental Conservation, where the legislature will be able to question DEC Commissioner Martens on their secretive, dysfunctional and undemocratic process. We need to pack the room.

We are going to attend the hearing at the New York Capitol Building with friends from across New York State to witness the hearing and then participate in a rally, calling on the Governor to ban fracking in New York. Let's send a clear message to the Governor that we are not going away.  Sign up for the bus today!
